Applicants of Non-Degree Applicants
1. Accomplish the online application form. Applicants may click on the link to be directed to the site: http://sofa.pinnacle.com.ph/sofa/applicants/.
2. Submit General Requirements:

 

-      Creative Portfolio (For Applicants of Design-Related Programs Only)

-      Any creative work the applicant may have done in the past that can best exhibit their creativity. It can be in the form of a painting, sculpture, series of photographs, design sketches, actual clothing creations, collage of inspiration, articles/themes written, etc. Please be reminded that all works will be deemed official property of SoFA Design Institute upon submission.

-      Photocopied Birth Certificate

-      High School / College Diploma

-      ID Photos (One 2x2 and Two 1x1)

-      Personal Statement / Essay

-      The essay must address the question: “Why have you decided to apply at SoFA Design Institute among other fashion schools in the Philippines?”

 

3. Submit Additional Documentation that apply to the Applicant:

 

For High School graduates:

-      Good Moral Certificate

-      Form 1-37 (Transcript of Records)

-      Form 1-38 (Report Card)

 

For College graduates:

-      Official Transcript of Records

-      College Diploma (Photocopy)

 

For Transferees:

-      Transcript of Records

-      Honorable Dismissal (Transfer of Credentials)

 

For Professionals:

-      Updated Curriculum Vitae / Resume

-      Official Transcript of Records

-      College Diploma (Photocopy)

 

4. Submit all requirements. Applicants may submit requirements personally to the Admissions Office (recommended) or via courier.

 

5. Settle the reservation/processing fee. Applicants must be advised of the correct reservation/processing fee applicable to the desired program.

 

6. Schedule an entrance interview. Upon submission of all requirements and completion of all necessary transactions, the Admissions Office will contact the applicant to schedule an entrance interview. The applicant must allow a week or two for the entrance interview schedule to be finalized.

 

7. Confirm acceptance. The applicant’s status letter shall be forwarded a week or two after the entrance interview.
